Hearing it his wife got perplexed.

She immediately called their family doctor and explained her husband’s sudden burst of mysterical sightings and said otherwise he is normal in all other aspects.

Doctor counselled her saying at times when things are out of one’s control, it is common for human brain to invent patterns that offer them some sense of control. Sometimes they even invent new patterns that fit their belief structures.

And finally the Doctor said it is better he stares at the blank screen and see GOD it will cause him less harm than what goes on when the TV is switched.

She remembered the TV serial she saw last night and realised what the Doctor said was true.
